Information you provide

The enquiry form requests your name, work email, company, service interest, and project description. Phone number and budget are optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to understand your request, communicate about a potential project, and protect the form from abuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and security

When email delivery is configured, the form sends your enquiry through Resend to the business inbox. In production, an Upstash Redis service stores short-lived hashed identifiers for rate limiting. These rate-limit records expire after 10 minutes. Hosting and email providers may process technical information under their own policies. The owner must verify the selected providers and processing locations before enabling the form.

Career applications

Career applications request contact details, current location, experience, optional professional links, a resume, and a cover message. With your confirmation, these details are used to review your application or general profile for future opportunities. When configured, the application is sent through Resend to the careers inbox with the resume attached. No public file storage is used. The owner must confirm an application retention period, access controls, and a deletion process before enabling collection.

WhatsApp contact

If enabled, WhatsApp links open an external WhatsApp conversation only when you choose to click. WhatsApp then handles information under its own policies. This site does not embed a WhatsApp tracking widget or claim real-time availability.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising trackers or analytics vendors are installed in this website by default. It does not set analytics cookies. Local conversion events contain event names and service context, not enquiry content, and are not sent to an external analytics service. This notice must be updated if analytics or other tracking is introduced.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries delivered to the business inbox may remain there until deleted. The owner must establish and publish a retention schedule before collecting enquiries. You can email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Requests are subject to applicable requirements and identity verification where necessary.

Changes to this policy

This policy should be reviewed whenever the website’s data handling changes. A verified effective date and any additional required business details will be added after owner review.
